Role Summary

The CRO serves as the dealership’s goodwill ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction across sales and after‑sales services. They act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, resolving concerns, promoting loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas with professionalism and warmth.
