Job Description
Oversee the Superintendents' offices and Customer Relations (CR) centre. Manage the CR assistant and office assistant. Arrange entry pass, accommodation, transport, carpark and meals for customers. Handle the visitor list, daily planner and Customer Feedback. Prepare Customer Satisfaction Report. Monitor inventory and verify invoices of vendors. Support company events. Take and collate project photos for publicity purpose.
Job Requirements- Able to develop good working contacts and relationships with customers.
- Willing to undertake other assignments when called upon.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, handling and managing customers' complaints, ability to co-ordinate and organise events and functions.
- Bachelor of equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of customer relations experience.
- Training will be provided.
