Job Description
The Customer Relationship Associate serves as an execution-focused, foundational role within the Digital Audiences team. This position supports the retention and growth of revenue across agency-led accounts and, in some cases, direct advertisers by driving consistent platform usage, facilitating data adoption, and ensuring seamless delivery against client marketing objectives. The role is primarily responsible for day‑to‑day execution, account maintenance, service excellence, and foundational revenue retention.
Key Responsibilities- Manages a defined book of existing accounts with established agency relationships, repeat buying patterns, and lower strategic or commercial complexity.
