  • Salary: £26,750 pro‑rata per annum

  • Location: Wilmslow branch & occasionally Warrington branch

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in face‑to‑face, virtual or telephone interactions to understand their financial goals and identify needs.
  • Deliver information about savings, products and services, and guide customers to suitable solutions.
  • Conduct “My Review” appointments and use this to discuss customers’ financial objectives.
  • Proactively contact customers over the phone to discuss requirements.
  • Educate customers on multiple communication channels available to interact with the Society.
