The Role:

The purpose of the role is to respond efficiently and effectively to enquiries from customers and colleagues, correctly identifying their query and providing an appropriate timely response in-line with the terms, conditions and policies in a positive manner.


Qualifications:

  • PC Literate to a good standard, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Effective verbal and excellent written communication skill
  • Effective listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Asking questions to define the root cause of the query
  • Flexible and responsive to change
  • Experience of Contact Center environment
