Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies (end client), in a multicultural and customer-oriented environment.
Mandatory : Native/professional Dutch and professional-level English (used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams).
What will your mission be?
Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-ups in SAP , acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
