Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service & Admin Officer for a structured education centre environment in Singapore.
This is a front-facing support role covering customer service, administration, coordination and day-to-day operational follow-through.
You will handle parent enquiries across phone, email, walk-ins and WhatsApp. You will also support enrolment matters, billing-related coordination, schedule-related requests, make-up class arrangements and general admin follow-through.
This is not a luxury-style customer service role. It is best suited for someone who is organised, steady, polite, comfortable with systems, and able to work in a structured environment.
