You’ll help create a friendly and relaxing experience for our guests by:
- Gently guiding guests through check-in and check-out with a warm, friendly touch
- Handling reservations (online and by phone) with care and attention
- Welcoming guests by collecting the necessary details for a comfortable stay
- Listening and responding to any concerns with professionalism and kindness
- Assisting guests with payment information in a clear and helpful way
- Keeping booking and payment records neat and up to date
- Preparing invoices in line with company practices and sharing them with guests
- Looking after customer records, making sure all details are current and accurate
