Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

Our CS Advisor, interfacing with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales and Purchasing departments, is part of a young team that represents the first line of communication between Reflexallen and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
Processing and managing orders

Orders’ tracking and customers’ support on quantity and quality issues, delivery, order status

Keep the system updated with all relevant informations about customers (trade agreements, pricelist, requirements)

Send invoices to customers, remind and manage payments

Supporting the Sales Department through samples, price lists and catalogs
