• In possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification backed by hands‑on experience in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency in export processes, including understanding SAD500, requesting shipping estimates from freight forwarders, placing bookings, and comprehending Incoterms
• Strong ALC benchmarking scores
• Strong problem-solving and solution-generation skills
• Experience with customer-related systems
