We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading business based in Warwick, for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy customer service team on a temp basis, with a genuine view to a permanent position for the right person.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries across various channels, resolving queries professionally and efficiently, and keeping accurate records on their CRM system. It’s a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, so a positive, can‑do attitude goes a long way.
