Role Purpose

This role is a key frontline ambassador for the British Council, providing exceptional administrative and customer support across Customer Service, Exams, and the Teaching Centre. You will help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer, drive strong registrations and sales that contribute to our financial targets, and inspire prospective learners by arranging placement tests, consultations, and trial or demo lessons.
