Our esteemed client in the Logistics/ Transportation industry is seeking a Customer Service Officer/ Executive to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Customer Service Officer/ Executive
  • Location: Jurong East
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday half day (WFH)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate existing and new customer accounts.
  • Handle inbound/ outbound communications and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare shipment quotations and arrange shipments according to customer needs.
  • Maintain positive relationships with both customers and vendors.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements
  • At least NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related discipline.
