Job Description
We are an online business in the luxury gift market. 80% of our revenue comes from export.
Vos missions
The job will consist of :
- Corresponding with zChocolat clients via email and phone
- Taking orders over the phone
- Dealing with complaints, DHL online delivery tracking, customs problems etc
- Responding to comments left by clients online (Facebook, Trustpilot…)
- Update client information on the site where necessary
- Assisting other departments (Customer Service and Logistics) during peak seasons
