Job Description

We are an online business in the luxury gift market. 80% of our revenue comes from export.


Vos missions


The job will consist of :



  • Corresponding with zChocolat clients via email and phone

  • Taking orders over the phone

  • Dealing with complaints, DHL online delivery tracking, customs problems etc

  • Responding to comments left by clients online (Facebook, Trustpilot…)

  • Update client information on the site where necessary

  • Assisting other departments (Customer Service and Logistics) during peak seasons
