Job Description


  • Managing customer orders end-to-end, from order intake to coordination with relevant teams

  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry and follow-up processes

  • Coordinating with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth order flow

  • Supporting documentation processes related to orders and logistics

  • Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries

  • Working closely with the Office Manager and supporting daily operational processes

  • Building basic understanding of products and technical terminology
