Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Associate to provide high-quality support and issue resolution for existing clients in the FX and CFDs trading industry. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries across multiple communication channels while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and an excellent customer experience.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, where you may start working remotely from your home location and relocate to the Southeast Asia support office after the first 2–3 months.
What You Will Do:
- Handle client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone calls, and email.
- Navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
