Job Description

As part of the Customer Service department of our client, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Handle clients' issues via phone and email.

  • Organize planning for internal stakeholders

  • Work on Data management: register correct data and keep the database up to date, solves issue with incomplete files for example.

  • Assist on process optimizations within the department.


The ideal Customer Service for our client would have the following skills :


  • A Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support.

  • Fluency in French and Dutch.

  • Strong experience with Excel (advanced Pivot table knowledge).

  • Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.

  • Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.

  • Team Player mentality.
