Job Description
  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, etc
  • Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for servicing, installation, and repair jobs
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Handle Quotation for customer
  • Follow up on quotations, appointments, and pending customer responses
  • Liaise with technicians, sales team, and operations department to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assists with HR department with adhoc duties
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirement
  • Able to multi-task under minimal supervision
  • Pleasant personalities
  • Positive team player with a bubbly and cheerful attitude
  • Working Location: Boon Keng MRT
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm for Mon to Fri, 9am-1pm for Saturdays
