  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager
  • Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments
  • Coordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries
  • Handle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of lading
  • Ensure accuracy in all records and paperwork
