  • Prepare quotations for all customers as requested, compile parts list, process PO, raise PR.
  • Keep an administrative record of all the customer sales activities and warranty related matters.
  • Assist visa applications, ticket bookings, and accommodation arrangements when required for After Sales related matters.
  • Communicate and respond formally to all customers’ inquiries through email.
  • Participate in safe keeping and stock take confirmation activity of spare parts inventory.
  • Facilitate shipment of spare parts and other items to ensure efficient and smooth logistics operations.
  • Coordinate parts manufacturing and modification with workshop.
  • Manage and coordinate parts return & repair requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and order processing.
