Customer Service Executive - Ecommerce

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity in a fast-growing Luxury retail company?
You will ensure you deliver the defined experience and be an expert on their products, undertaking all customer service and operations processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance at all times. You will handle all customer data and systems, and ensure you log cases accurately.
The role will be in the office from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm Monday to Friday. To be considered you will have previous customer experience. You will ideally have experience working with customer service platforms and have industry experience in an e-commerce (retail desirable) Company.
