Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment consolidation (Air and Ocean).
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Follow up and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Identify customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
