Job Description
Duties
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the Sales team and Key Account Managers.
- Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, quotations, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Process customer purchase orders (POs) and generate relevant sales reports.
- Verify pricing and commercial terms before order confirmation and processing.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders.
- Follow up with local customers on enquiries, order updates, and delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with Purchasing for procurement arrangements when required.
- Prepare quotations in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Support general departmental administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours.
