Job Description

Duties
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to the Sales team and Key Account Managers.
  • Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, quotations, order status, and delivery timelines.
  • Process customer purchase orders (POs) and generate relevant sales reports.
  • Verify pricing and commercial terms before order confirmation and processing.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders.
  • Follow up with local customers on enquiries, order updates, and delivery arrangements.
  • Liaise with Purchasing for procurement arrangements when required.
  • Prepare quotations in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Support general departmental administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours.
