About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Service Executive .

In this role, you will:

  • Review all the entries within intermediatory suspense accounts to ascertain fraud, uneconomical losses, goodwill and operational losses for the month.
  • Identify entries outside normal procedures, make sound, considered decisions and, where appropriate, escalated to the leadership team – considering both customer impacts and inherent risk for both customer and company.
  • Articulate case decision/rationale to internal colleagues and, where required, in response to the Financial Ombudsman.
  • Prepare detailed fraud management information with all fraud losses to be submitted to business for approvals.
  • Account for all fraud losses in profit & loss accounts.
