Job Description
- Assist sales team to manage their customers enquiries.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
- Co‑ordinate with warehouse operations team and logistic team regarding delivery schedule.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Familiar with SQL or accounting will be a plus.
