Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Executive to support our UK sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations based North Ferriby, East Yorkshire.

This role plays a key part in managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales activity, preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting internal reporting.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple streams of communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

This is a structured and admin-heavy role that supports both the customer experience and internal sales operations.
