Details: 1 Year Contract Up to $2,700 10am - 7pm (Rostered 4 weekdays and 1 weekend) Central
Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to customer's enquiries via emails, hotline and in-person Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
