We are working with an established manufacturing/engineering company in Tewkesbury who, due to expansion, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Administrator. Applicants will need good computer skills, have excellent attention to detail, a good level of numeracy and be confident when liaising with suppliers and customers.

Job Specification

· Dealing with customer enquiries via email & telephone

· Providing information on stock availability & pricing over the phone

· Processing customer orders

· Checking and converting customer quotations

· Raising sales orders in Sage 200 with correct pricing, carriage charges and noting any special customer requirements

· Providing order acknowledgments to customers and resolving discrepancies or queries

· Liaise with finance regarding customer account status
