Job Description

  • Step-up engagement with customers to promote our products and deliver a memorable customer experience; to promptly and efficiently execute and administer the operations of the company while paying special attention to customers' needs; to promote the company's products and services in line with its objectives; to engage as a team to exceed customers' expectations and experiences;
  • Ensure that internal work-flows are supported by well thought out systems; provide training to team members to ensure consistency and compliance with workflow procedures. Maintain overall integrity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Generate timely reports as required.
