Position Overview

The Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist – Millborn Canada is a critical part of our Canadian support team, owning order management to deliver a strong, reliable customer experience to support overall growth. This role works directly with the sale team, retail customers, and dealers to ensure every interaction is handled with accuracy, urgency, and a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Location Manager, sales team members, dealers, and customers to support sales growth and maintain strong business relationships
• Serve as the trusted first point of contact for walk‑in customers and all inbound calls, providing product information, pricing, availability, order support, and maintaining exceptional customer service
