**General Functions**
- Assure service parts FG delivery as promised to the Customer
- Daily meeting with the plant for follow-up requirements
- Customer meetings
- Monitoring the MOPAR portal to answer shortages and Alerts
- Prepare deliveries to ship to the Customer
- Follow up to create a Scheduling agreement (Salesforce portal)
- Capacity for analisys
- Customer Scorecard
- Customer Portals review
- ASN on the portal
**Trainings**
- Mopar Portal
- Process deliveries/Shipments
- Customer requirements for plants
