Customer Service (Direct Retail), Executive
Full-Time
- Attend to customers’ queries, for the purchase and renewal of insurance products.
- Ensure all requests from customers are attended within the Service Level set by the company.
- Contribute to Company’s premium growth through promotions of products and services.
- Perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premium and generate quotations.
Job requirement
- Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline,
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in Customer Service-related industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer feedback handling is also an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa in both speaking and writing.
