The Role
The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations for the UAE business acting as a key interface between clients' operations and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer service delivery and coordination
- Manage customer enquiries and issue resolution
- Liaise with warehouse transport and operations
- Maintain service standards and client relationships
Profile
- 4 years customer service or logistics experience
- Chinese and English fluency required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
