Job Responsibilities Customer Support

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels

Order Coordination
  • Process and coordinate catering orders, delivery orders and bulk orders

  • Liaise with kitchen teams, outlets and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
