Job Description
To handle Distributors and Subsidiaries for RMA processing, order processing and provide support to the CS team and to ensure exceed internal and external customer satisfaction in the most efficient way for SEA/ANZ region and to support Singapore-direct operation.
- Assist with order entry, process/submit RMA on warranty validity period and dispute management
- Assist with month end closing reports
- Assist with other adhoc tasks if needed
- Able to start work asap
- Good in Microsoft Excel
- Data entry
- Excellent follow-up, time management, multi-tasking skills
- Minimum diploma qualification or with equivalent years of relevant working experience / Interns are welcome to apply
