Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Glendenning branch, you’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer — from the first phone call to the final delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and at the front counter

  • Handling customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product advice

  • Processing sales orders, quotes, invoices, and general administration tasks

  • Coordinating with operations and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries or pick-ups
