Customer Service Officer Company:  PACT Employment Services 
Location:  Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah, UAE 
Requirements Minimum 1 year in customer service or a similar role 
Arabic Speakers Preferred 
Female Candidates Preferred 
Act as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service 
Assist and educate customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks 
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner 
Promote digital products while maintaining service excellence standards
