About the Role: As a CBRE Customer Service Officer, you will provide information and resolve day-to-day issues in response to inquiries about products and services. This job is part of the Call Center job function. They are responsible for providing end-to-end support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. What You'll Do: Handle all service requests via hotline, emails, and other means handle complaints, feedback, incidents etc. relating to the services/operation. Handle notification of faults/breakdowns and complaints. Set up, manage, and use the call management system for caller identification, call tracking, voice recording, analysis and reporting. Respond to emergency calls, coordinate appropriate actions, and notify relevant parties. Manage all aspects of season parking and car park operations, including potential traffic/parking violation enforcement.
