As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.

• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• Provide professional advice on watch repair, servicing, polishing, and authentication services.
• Receive watches for servicing and accurately record customer and watch details.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service orders using the company's management system.
• Follow up with customers on repair status, collection arrangements, and after-sales service.
