The Team


ASIC maintains over 30 legal registers, including the Companies and Business Names registers, which hold details of more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names. These registers are the official source of information on registered and licensed entities operating in Australia. Users from small businesses to government and the public access the ASIC Registry to register or update details, cancel registrations, or search for information. We're here to support them every step of the way.


The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

  • Deliver professional customer service via phone and email enquiries

  • Guide customers to ASIC services and support online transactions

  • Respond with empathy and ASIC knowledge to resolve enquiries
