Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound customer calls professionally

  • Assist customers using prepared scripts and clear guidelines

  • Provide accurate information on products and services

  • Work closely with team members to achieve service KPIs

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts

  • 5 working days per week

  • 2 days off (rotational basis)
