Role: Customer Service Agent (bilingual)Rate: $20/hour%vacation pay + statsTraining Hours: 8am – 4 pm (for 2 weeks) virtually training done on-site but Team Leads on the floor to assistTHEN - Hours of Work will be: 7.5hrs per day, Monday to Friday/ between 8 am to 8 pm (Must be available for all a variety of shifts starting at 8AM and working as late as 8PM) (37.5hrs a week)37.5 hrs/weekMust Haves-Have (or be eligible for) Security Clearance-Bilingual (French + English)What You’ll Be Doing • Receive phone calls, emails, and online chat requests, providing answers about the relocation policy to our customers • Effectively solve customer inquiries • Ability to communicate clearly when handling different topics • Identify customers’ needs, understand and clarify the information • Research every issue to provide solutions • Collaborate with your team and other team members to solve problems and share knowledge • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. ...
