Job Description
- Taking service parts orders from various sources (DNET, email, phone calls)
- Entering orders into Syteline, confirming part availability, requesting parts be ordered
- Communicating with customers to clarify their parts needs, confirm part availability and pricing, advise of lead times and schedule changes, confirm shipping arrangements
- Confirm that part pickers have successfully printed
- Advise the rest of the Operations team on special customer requests
