Summary

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

Responsibilities

You act as a bridge between homeowners, contractors, and the customer service team.

1. Pre-handover preparation (before keys are handed over)

  • Work with contractors to ensure everything needed for handover is ready (documents, checklists, unit information)

  • Make sure all units are properly prepared for buyers to inspect and receive

2. Unit inspection (very important part of the job)

  • Inspect every unit before handover
