- Contact Centre Experience
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to draft a professional email response to a customer
- Familiar with Excel ( vlookup, pivot table) to generate reports
- Effectively bilingual ( English / Chinese)
Eligibility: Local/ PR
Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable)
Operating HoursMonday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Public Holidays: Off
Work Schedule (Shift-Based)Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Rotating between the 2 shifts
