Qualifications
  • Contact Centre Experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
  • Ability to handle difficult customers
  • Ability to draft a professional email response to a customer
  • Familiar with Excel ( vlookup, pivot table) to generate reports
  • Effectively bilingual ( English / Chinese)

Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable)

Operating Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Public Holidays: Off

Work Schedule (Shift-Based)

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Rotating between the 2 shifts
