Customer Service Representative (Onsite – Albuquerque, NM)

Schedule: Monday–Friday between 7:30AM–6PM (rotating)
Pay: $18.00–$18.50/hr.

What you’ll do:
+ Handle 40–50+ inbound calls daily
+ Assist with billing, payments, and service requests
+ Support customers with empathy and problem-solving
+ Work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
What you need:
+ 1–2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience
+ Strong communication and de-escalation skills
+ Ability to multitask across systems
