Overview


We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented customer representative to support customers by handling inquiries, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, with or witout experience in BPO setting.


Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance and provider coordination

  • Verify eligibility, coverage, and benefits

  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed

  • Document interactions accurately in CRM or EHR systems

  • Relay messages between patients and clinics while maintaining confidentiality


Qualifications



  • Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply!
