Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented customer representative to support customers by handling inquiries, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, with or witout experience in BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance and provider coordination
- Verify eligibility, coverage, and benefits
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Document interactions accurately in CRM or EHR systems
- Relay messages between patients and clinics while maintaining confidentiality
