Job Description:
Handle customer concerns via calls, chat, or email while providing quality customer and technical support.
Qualifications:
• HS/SHS Graduate (K12)
• With or without BPO experience (account dependent)
• Tech or sales experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedule
