  • Support in training different transport operations across the business unit CGI

  • Define future improvements with the transport operation that you are supporting

  • Optimize working instructions for the team(s) you are supporting

  • Act as a main knowledge center/dedicated person for the daily transport operations

  • Handle manual order entry / handle and draw up transport/customs documents

  • Respond to customer requests

  • Respond to operational requests

  • Align with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks via Track & Trace Tools, customer made files, …

  • Update internal Track & Trace tools and send to customer on a daily basis

  • Update KPI files

  • Respond to/Select ad hoc transports, carriers, considering quality and costs

  • Arrange return shipments

  • In time reporting of escalations to Transport Manager
