We’re Hiring || Customer Service Representative – International E-Commerce Process

Location: Kolkata

Shifts: Rotational

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email for international clients
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Prior experience in International/E-Commerce process is an advantage (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply)
